8b19: duplicating notes in clip view

Post by popoff » Mon Mar 16, 2009 11:01 am

In clip view, when duplicating notes, AL doesn't reffer to clip grid resolution (cmd-1/2) - pastes the copied notes just right after the original ones instead of puting 'em in appropriate location in next grid part.

In AL7 one could duplicate marked notes accordingly to set grid resolution.

In L8 the time selection you made gets duplicated. This means if you are on a 1/8th note grid and select only a 16th note, then press ctrl+d it will paste the new note directly after the old one. If you however extend the selection and select the 16th note plus the following 16th note (even if it's empty) the duplicate will end up on the next 1/8 grid line.
Does that solve your problem?
