Dragging multiple clips from session view to arrangement doesn't always work, most of the time i wind up just moving 1 clip instead of the 3 that i selected.

Just to make sure: it seems that when you grab the clips in session view, move the mouse a little, and then hit Tab to switch to arranger, you get all the clips; it's just when you click on the clips, don't move the mouse, hit Tab to switch to arranger, and then start moving the mouse, you get only the first clip. Can you confirm that?

This one should be fixed with the most recent beta, Live 8.0b21.
