1. who gives a shit about promoting murdoch or not? i mean, if he does something good, i'm not going to disregard it just because it was created by murdoch. and anyway murdoch means nothing to me.

2. of course you can post your own website, but myspace is a nice place for networking and getting better exposure for your music.
