Very true, but it doesn't count when said carbonated piss comes from your roommates community stash. And it's not like I really need the board (a custom one off by Stevenson Interface Electronics, all analogue, 8 vca groups) anyways, but it does come in handy as an epic big knob. The cat's name is yuengling and he knows no shame.Tone Deft wrote:he should step up and drink beer.nuxnamon wrote:@liquidfix: at least put a coaster under the drinks..
Live 8 Sweet, APC40, GR-20, livecontrol, PCR-300, Torq Xponent, Parker NiteFly, Logic, other assorted fun Softies plus quasi penchant for Mumbo Sauce and ability to get yuppies furiously heated within minutes.

I've been meaning to post my setup for a while, so I've finally put it on flickr. God, its kind of an Ikea freakout.

My mess as it stands right now.
Multiple outs from the Ultralite to the mixer and back is so much fun.

exper - it seems like it would be tough reaching past the matrix to your laptop... or the rackmount stuff at the top - is it?

Well, the Matrix is on a wheeled cart, so I just roll it under the desk when not playing keyed parts. Works well for me.aburgener wrote:exper - it seems like it would be tough reaching past the matrix to your laptop... or the rackmount stuff at the top - is it?
@ Rave: I agree, the Ikea tables are great. Some complain that they tip over, but I've yet to see that happen. The stands on the other hand, I feel like I'm gampling with them. Too wobbly. I either need to put a weight on the bottom, or upgrade to a heavy duty, sand filled set. Are they like that for you?
