Length of new clip in session view = quantize length

Right now, regardless of what quantize length you have set, a new clip created in the session view is exactly 1 bar long. When you are building up loops / parts, you usually want them to be the same length, so it would be great if the length of a new clip was equal to the quantize length (with perhaps a minimum of 1 bar).

If you are trying to set up a 2 bar clip for recording into, currently you have to double click, then click onto the clip length (hard to do live) and type 2.

With this feature, you would just double click and away you'd go. Much easier in a live context.
