Check the peachfuzz slicing preset. Youve got "Fuzz Exteior"

and on the 0-velocity slicing preset, you have loop compress defaulted to 0, not 100%. so you get clicks instead of your full sample. I think this should be mapped the other way, so that when it is 100% compressed you get clicks. As it is, you have 100% compressed (text) = 0 % compressed (behavior)

Operator Presets - Mallets -

African Bars & Distobell both don't make sounds, maybe the filter or filter envelope setting is wrong? I'm not sure what you were going for.

Hi,

I fixed the slicing presets typos and the Loop Compress settings.

I cannot reproduce this problem. The presets seem to load fine here. Do you still get this problem in the latest Beta?

Best,
Daniel

I see the same problem in Live 8 Suite in the Mallets-African Bars and Distobell.

African Bars - the filter freq is set to 30 Hz - just move it up a little,
For Distobell I just get a dull thud or pop - no bell tone.

Hi Daniel,

I'm not using a beta, its a licensed version of live 8.

Using a mac if that matters.

Thanks for clearing those other two issues up.

There seems to be a weird issue with the type in the grooves box when I move my program window to certain sizes. The text will overlap.

Hi,

Ok, I found the problem. I was looking at the Racks with the same name, instead of the plain Operator device presets.

We'll fix this problem for the next update of Live 8.

Best,
Daniel
