[amo] operator view "locked" /clip overview doesn't work

when SOME parameters of Operator are selected, clicking on the midi clip's overview display won't toggle away from operator.

one example is Pitch Envelope
the midi modulation section in the global display is another
- select any of those parameters, and the view is "locked" to operator


shift-tab will work
clicking on the midi clip overview display won't work

an example of an operator parameter where this doesn't apply is the "Freq" of each voice

I think this was another bug that was fixed in the meantime. Can you check again, and report back?
