You can? I know the trick with the Random plugin but I'm curious to find out how to do it with LFO's.

Yes, but how do you make it switch samples by triggering notes?

just by triggering a note..

when modded by LFO, the Sample Selector receives the value of the LFO at the moment of Note On..

so everytime you hit a note, the Sample Selector receives a different value, thus playing a different sample, according to the Sample Select Ruler settings..

i.m.o. this works best when using the S&H LFO waveform.. this waveform calculates a different value at each Note On..
make sure Retrigger is deselected as well, since it'll then generate the same value at each Note On when using for instance a Sine LFO, thus playing the same sample..
