Question for Logic Pro 8 users - "ghost notes"

Post by m:o » Fri Aug 08, 2008 1:42 pm

Right now i'm demoing Logic Pro 8 on a Hackintosh.
I used Logic long time ago on a Pc (5.5) and loved it's feature of recording all
played midi notes in the background and insert them into arrangement by pressing
a shortcut combo. How i can do this in LogicPro 8 ? I haven't found this, either in the manual nor on the net..

Anyone?

The key-command is called "Capture as recording". By default it's Control-* (on the number keypad).

If you're on a laptop, the command default is ctrl + option + cmd + R

So you've got a pirated version of Logic 8 on a pirated version of an operating system, posting a help topic in Logic's competition forum?

Way to go

The question he wanted answered is already answered, so it's moot whether the topic is bumped or not isn't it? :P

But yeah, reminds me of the Bill Hicks Sketch, 'officer big balls'.
