Reset button for round-robin mode of the random midi plugin

Post by Taiis » Tue Jan 22, 2008 2:58 pm

I would like a reset button on the random plugin when it's run in round robin. Basically it can be extremely annoying if it is running round robin and you want to make sure it begins from 0, you need to "rewind" it manually by going through it till it reaches zero.

I'm using this for one pad drum-looping which rocks by the way :-)

If you don't know, or for anyway browsing, You can reset it by sending another Midi note, It only goes round robin when the same note is repeated. Of course, using another note to reset it is a workaround, and you may need to filter out that reset note with a scale button depending on what you're using it for.....

so I agree there should be a reset button (plus a couple more randomisation modes).
