Any news on ableton 6 & reason 3 glitching problems?

I.E Rewire as a slave to ableton only to get random high pitched pop/glitches, even when it's not running.

This is starting to cripple my intentions with regards to using ableton for live work.

This happens on both my live laptop and my studio pc.......

have you tried disbaling the multicore/multiprocessor support in Live's preferences. Reason isn't optimised to work with multiple processors (still?!) and can cause glitches when rewired to Live.

Hi,

That's right, disabling "multi-processor" support in Live's Preferences should allow the two apps to work together.

We're prgressing on the issue. We hope beeing able to fix this soon, but I can't really tell when, yet.

Hi MusicIsMath,

what is your detailed setup and installed programs?

I also had some problems with LIVE and Reason and Multiprocessor Support. In my case the Rewire Engine installed from my Novation Remote SL37 was the problem.

It works now fine with Multiproccessor Support on and I love the combination...

regards,

stefan
