Damn, PB makin me get all misty-eyed over here in France. Yeah, I got my Tony Bennet vinyl with me. I know where home is. Greatest f*in city man. Don't worry, SF's plenty provincial compared to NY, London, Tokyo- but it don't matter. SF people are crazy. I hear somebody say once "Californians believe anything is possible". Yeah, I hope we do. Anyway, sorry I missed your solutions to the world's problems, as well as mountain goat adventures and the Boom Boom Room. Busy over on this side of the world right now...but I will be back.

Am I the only person here who is reading between the lines?!?!? These are his words, EXACTLY!
Pitch Black wrote:Ah... San Francisco! The City by the Bay! ...meet up with Tone Deft...Tone Deft takes a day off work to hang out...We drive through Golden Gate Park to Ocean Beach. The romantic strains...fill the car as I try not...going down. We have lunch at a Brewery restaurant overlooking the sea. Many bears later...we drive to Lands End overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. We walk through the park to awesome views of the Pacific and back towards the bridge. Un-bidden, the churning strings...come into my mind, and I can't get...head for the rest of the afternoon!

Its a perfect day. Tone is a great...frolic...for real! As the sun sets people applaud. Perfect."I left myyyy hearrrrrtttt . . ."

that's the Berlin pride parade (check the URL), I hope that headdress didn't hold up Live 7.

neb you have to get out of Texas, cancel the jelly of the month club, pack up the family and get back to the yay area, you know you want to.

my waterbuffaloesque features made the secret handshakes at the boom boom room a little awkward but nobody got hurt too bad, at least not me.

i went to sf once. a filthy wasteland full of mental patients, aggressive tramps and ridiculous trustafarians. expensive and it rained the whole week. nz on the other hand, was fantastic (aside from the highly depressing christchurch and deliverance backwoods known as barrytown)
