When is Live 7 coming out?

Post by Elec » Sun Aug 26, 2007 12:00 pm

Hey Folks,
I remember last year in this period the Abletonians released Live 6.
So when is Live 7 coming out?
Do you know any special details?

i guess ableton changed their habits!
which left me not beta-testing for the 1st summer in 3 years. not too bad actually.

plus i'm still happy with Live 6...

anyway, some news from the abes wouldn't hurt, i agree...

I think that Live LE is the annual release this year.
Maybe next year 7 ??

I'm also satisfied with Live 6 for the moment so everything's 8) (for me at least and my wallet)

well, but maybe it would be not to wrong for the people in Berlin to state something - just in case that there are some potential buyers or updaters that prefer to wait for the new version (or deal on the new version - buy 6, get 7 or so).

I mean - it is their turnover ......

I think that they should and would let us know if they are not making a major update this year.

Im still cool with L6 but always curious as to what they are gonna pull out of the bag next.

I was told 2 months ago by support that they would be making a major upgrade to 6(as in alot more than bug fixes). i dunno what happened with that....

I am happy with Live 6... I'd really like to be able to make time signature changes so I'd be enthusiastic if an immanent Live 7 had that as a new feature!
