anybody had the chance to test out the m-audio solaris mic? looks like a good deal for the price, but a good allrounder?

I got it free with my Firewire 1814, and kept it after I sold the interface.
It seems like a pretty decent mic, and I haven't experienced any trouble with it.
Of course, I don't know very much about microphones. ;)

i own a nt1a allready, witch i love ;)

i was looking for an all-round use multi pattern mic, en had the nt2A en nt2000 (100euro more, but with suitcase and shockmount) and couldn't decide, because of the small price-difference.
the solaris looked cool, so i decided to find out more about it
