The REAL Rolling Puremagnetik Thread

Post by Naive Teen Idol » Tue Feb 13, 2007 6:22 am

Since I am clearly too dense to post this in the correct forum. As I said in the other one, this is where we discuss their monthly offerings. Let me be the first to say that their newest (Eight Bit) is outstanding and immediately playable. Bravo, fellers...

Just played around w/ this last night and this morning. I have to say: as a guy who doesn't own Sampler, I was a bit disappointed there wasn't anything done w/ Simpler for this. The clips are nice and all, but the individual samples would be particularly useful.

That said, the fx racks look great...

We try to accommodate ALL types of Live users for all of our releases. Sometimes a library seems much more practical in a multisampling instrument. Some of our past releases have been only for SAMPLER because the soundset didn't really make sense in Simpler. This is one of the reasons why we have provided Live Clips in the Guitar Rack package.

....But hey! Don't worry because in a few weeks we are releasing "microdrum" and it's AmAzinG... and it works in Simpler 8O

- mad props, no 000 post necessary -

BTW, I just ran your Nice Strat Combo through a chain of my own where I rode the AutoFilter in a notch setting, and got a groovy "wah-wah" that fits perfectly in the disco-esque chorus of the remix I'm working on. Thanks for saving me from setting up the ol' Gibson and Marshall and Crybaby.

Iknow this is the Puremagnetik thread but if your looking for really good Simpler racks and Clips check out the Trackteam stuff. Stuff is Ridiculous!

I own both trackteam and puremagnetik stuff and they are both great in different ways. track team's libraries are full and comprehensive while puremagnetik are more niche-oriented in short, potent monthly spurts.

definitely good to have both on your hard drive.
