someone's music isnt going to be a reflection of how good the sound engine is.

aside from warping, this whole concern about sound engine is weird to me -- it's the converters that take things from the analog world to digital, once it's digital, it's just bits, so how can one DAW's sound engine sound any different? yes, there may be panning and summing differences. but take a drum sample and it's going to sound the same in all the DAWs. that's what digital means, right?

Thanks Phat conductor, thats what Im talking about...some one who doe'snt go into a million different apps and plugs to get there work done. All I want is to be in Live all the time with the plugs provided. I m interested how people are pushing the envelope to get that new sound, what ever song or producer it may be. I dont give a shit about the radio and that to me is old sound Im talking about people like us who are using tools like Live to Create......Oh and If you want to hearPhat sound, which is where Im trying to go....just in Live, check out BT /Knowledge of Self...It will kick your teeth through your head and to the back of the room! I want that sound from Live.....Oh yeah did I say from my tiny apartment studio, hahah
Cheers Phat, your work here rules
