I have been a Live user since the beginning ( Live 1 ).
Upgraded to every version since, but only upgraded to 5.2 from 4.0 on 8/30/06 with the promise of a free upgrade to 6.0 when it was released.

Problem seems to be getting a valid serial number - I have changed ISP's since the earlier days, and Ableton doesn't seem to believe I am the same individual.

I have supplied them with copies of serial numbers and copies of my web receipt for the upgrade, but have had no response.

Is there anyone else out there that has had the same lack of response from support@ableton.com ? - Very Frustrating.

Have you updated your account? Not for the forum, but for registration. It's a different L/P than uor forum L/P. The abes sent an email somtime around june.

Emailed them with the same issue 3 days ago and I still haven't heard from them either.

yea im beginning to get pissed too, its been almost a week now without a response..wtf

i cant login to the profile my serial numbers are assigned to, and i cant get abletons attention, ive sent two emails and they still havent given the time of day

maybe they are just waiting until the sampler price goes back up before they decide to help us(well probly not but the thought has crossed my mind) ....what gives

maybe their customer service reps quit

alot of them have probably either collapsed on their keyboards, or gone on holiday after a crazy period of working themselves silly

and they are probably also innundated with requests

Amaury was out yesterday but should be around on Monday
