Traveler firmware update

I know this isn't a Live question but I've noticed alot of people here using the MOTU Traveler and MOTU's site has no forum.

Can anyone explain how to update the firmware from v 1.01 to 1.05 on windows xp? I have followed the instructions and the help topic on MOTU's site but it just doesn't work.

It's been a while so I can't remember the ins & outs but I'm pretty sure I followed the included instructions anyway - there's an unofficial motu forum at http://www.unicornation.com/ if it' any help

I'd also like to know how to update the firmware ..... Anyone here care to explain?

I went to unicornation.com as rozling suggested and after reading a couple threads I've decided not to update the firmware. It seems to cause problems and my traveler is functioning perfectly with version 1.01. I did update the drivers though.
