Clip start delayed (?)

Clip start delayed (?)

i dont kn ow why but my clips start 1 bar later than expected timing due to glibal quantize...when starting a scene..... I have no clue why

Btw i see the clip starting and the meters move, but i only hear it a bar later

What’s the global quantize setting ?
MacBook Pro 13" Retina i7 2.8 GHz OS 10.13, L10.0.1, M4L.
