Recovering my set in Live 10

Post by rbro » Mon Apr 13, 2020 3:54 pm

I sent this to support, but because of the current situation, I don't know when I will hear back, so I'm hoping for some help here. I am running Live 10.1.9 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4. I can't open the set I've been working on and I'm not being prompted to recover lost work when I launch Live. I followed the KB article to manually recover a set, but when I get here:

In the Crash folder, you should find files and folders with the date and time of the crash in their names:

"2018_09_26__17_13_01_BaseFiles" (this is a folder)
"2018_09_26__17_13_01_CrashRecoveryInfo.cfg"
"2018_09_26__17_13_01_Undo" (this is a folder)

But in MY Crash folder, there is only an Undo folder and not these other 2 files. I sent a crash report to Ableton support, but who knows when I'll hear back. Can anyone here help?

I remembered that I could open a new set and drag the tracks back in one at a time, so I'm all set. I would delete this post but I can't see how.
