thats what i use and then i use the Polystyrene top that came with push as a dust cover :)

co-sign, hella cheap but perfectly usable. Why would you need anything else for a stand? It does the job well..

You last 3 missed the point. This post was never about needing a stand. I use a quicklok stand that is prob much more stable than that ikea "display" stand. Wood on the sides just looks nice imo. Has nothing to do with needing a stand, OR having a budge olo

it was custom, I found a woodworker in Canada who has made a couple wood push cases, the wrist rest/ a la mpc60 was my design and very easy to do.
