I don´t know, if there is a special program that does this, but you can do it just with Live and a CD burn program, where you can set the pause between the tracks to 0 seconds.
Just drag the rendered big audio file into Lives Arrangement View.
Don´t turn on warp marking. You can now devide the big file with "ctr e"(PC) or command e (Mac) into several parts.
Then you have to render each part again, but don´t forget to turn of normalizing before you do so.
Name the parts with numbers, so you know later which part comes after the other.
When finished, open your CD Burn program, select to burn audio CD´s.
Turn the pause between your tracks to 0 and put the tracks in the right order. Now burn it.

That is a bit complicated, but works without a special program.
I use Logic to devide the big file, because it´s much convenient for doing audioediting. You can also use Spark (ME) or similar audio editors to do the deviding.
Hope that helps.
cheers

You want CD Architect

You want CD Architect by Sonic Foundry. I use it, it's cool and very easy to use. You can also put track points in at any point to indicate the track changes and still keep the mix flowing.

It's pricey but it is Red Book CD Mastering software.

Hope this has helped

Just get Toast Titanium w/ CD spin doctor. It does exactly what you want.
I am neither a jockey nor do I spin anything....

You can also use Live, especially with version 5 markers.

Turn of quantize, set new markers where you want tracks to end. Loop to next marker using right click, export (or split and consolidate) You'll need some other software like Toast to burn, with 2 seconds on the first track and zero on the rest.

I use CD Architect, too. They're owned by Sony now, along with SoundForge.

Very easy to use. Just point and click where you want the markers. You can even type in the tracklist for CD Text.

You can use Feurio.

It´s not that pricy, fully working shareware, produces perfect red book audio
cds.

Just load the rendered wave into the project manager, set your track
markers and that´s all.

What a pitty there will be no update anymore, but it will fulfill your needs.
Take care of using a cd-writer that is implemented.

You're funny!

You do realize that you're answering a more than year old question. Very kind of you - I hope that "guest" is listening! :D :D :D

Good answers, though!
