Launchpad won't work

Post by Sivle » Wed Dec 09, 2009 10:31 pm

Running 8.0.4. Bought the Launchpad this afternoon and installed the drivers. Under preferences/midi control surfaces/ Launchpad does not appear. Launchpad DOES appear in the MIDI port section. I've tried different USB cables. No luck. Am I missing something? I went to Novations support site and watched the installation video to make sure I was doing things in the right order. Maybe I have a dead device?

IIRC Live 8.08 was the first build with native LP support. Anyone know for sure?

Just try updating and see how it goes.

My Launchpad shipped with 8.06, perhaps you need this at least?
