Re: Programming Operator w/ Push 2

Yea, thanks. I saw that video.
Was asking about Algorithms, though. Not waveforms.

Found it in some other videos on the Abes youtube channel, and of course all the helpful folks here.

Someone buy my Monomachine Mk2+ so that I can get my Push 2! :)

Re: CPU Weirdness

I doubt it is the filters. On my 2009 MBP 2.8 C2D, an instance of of Auto Filter with the new filter mode in Live 9.5 uses 1% more CPU on the meter than the equivalent with the old Auto Filter on Live 9.2.3 Same goes for just toggling the new filter mode with the old on Live 9.5. 1% difference, per ...

The only (annoying) things that are missing are a few envelope points for the pitch envelope.
Thanks for responding as well.

Re: how is the push 2 compared to the push 1 for gathering dust

how is the push 2 compared to the push 1 for gathering dust the push 1 was a nightmare for dust :) In Noah Pred's Push 2 review, he mentions that for Push 2, "Ableton opted for a slick anodized aluminum top plate here that seems to have eliminated this issue for good." https://ask.audio/a...

Programming Operator w/ Push 2

Hey, old friends. Push 2 has me quite excited, and I am considering swapping my Monomachine Mk2+ for it. As such, I am mostly interested in the workflow of programming Operator, and Analog from the Push 2 interface and staying off the mouse. I have a specific question regarding Operator within the P...

Re: OSCiLLOT

How CPU hungry is this thing?
Is it going to bring my 2008 Mac Pro 8 core 2.8ghz to its knees? Am I going to have to break my 5 year long streak of not having to freeze a track to keep working?

goodness gracious, i hate wallwarts. of course, built in power supplies are ideal, but we do not live in an ideal world... [/rant] Perhaps for midi gear but built in power supplies, if not properly balanced, let alone shielded, can introduce high levels of noise into an analog audio signal. We thin...
