Issues installing Latin Percussion

I've tried this about three times. I unzipped the LatinP Live Pack and it's 670 Mb big. Using Install Live Pack under the File menu it installs 50 Live Sets totalling 184 Mb. The Live library shows the Live Sets and also shows names of MIDI tracks and Grooves, but there's no address or volume (size)...

Re: too many negative posts.sticking with 7

That's a great way to make a decision. from what I can tell, none of the whiny little bitches that are stinking up the place were active beta testers. Not until I bought in last night, no. Since then I'm not so sure... :) my advice... get it right next year, too late now. wait a few weeks, it...

Re: Is v8.01 fully stable for you..No problems at all?

Something's very buggy with my install. It could be that my computer just isn't up to it. I hope not tho'. I am over the listed system requirements...

I'll keep working on it, but it's getting to be a lot like work.

Re: What zoom level have you settled with?

...I can't wait to see it on my 32" plasma. This zoom feature is prolly the most useful thing in the whole package. I'm trying out the Demo now at 115% and would mostly agree. I've loved using Live, but have to admit that I only use it as a DAW. $250 is seeming kinda steep for this kind...

Finally had a chance to watch the Live8 video. Now I see that andydes was using "Zoom" as the Abe's term. When it was first mentioned I thought he was suggesting using Window's lame magnifier app. Sorry for being dickish! And thanks Abletonians!

Think about it...
Changing font size is entirely different than Zooming in.

andydes wrote:You can zoom in a bit to make everything a bit bigger on high res monitors. But you'll loose screen real estate.

So does anybody know?

Edit: Thanks Angstrom. To me, that feature alone would be worth a couple hundred.

Running the USB MIDI EXsetup applet should get rid of the yellow flag in the Device Manager. For the rest, be sure you've got the Korg turned on before opening Live. Hope it helps.

The Korg doesn't have 'transport controls' as such, but if you set Live to External Control mode the messages that the Korg can send from the pad (midi signals such as Stop, Start, Continue, and Note Off) do work. I found the stock transport switching too clunky to use, so I assigned transport cont...
