Might be something wrong with the USB port you are using. Try plugging it into another USB port.

Setup a template with this and save it. If you want you can set that template to your default "new project".

Can't you just put the EQ between the master out and the house PA?

Or do you have a more complex setup in mind where you can prelisten etc with the EQ?

I live in Stockholm and I've never heard of them. But at least two of their bands/acts on the front page are quite well known (although well known in an "indie" sense): Marit Bergman and Sahara Hotnights. Never heard of any of their other bands.

Have you tried moving all your VSTs to a new directory so Live can't find them? Most problems of this type are related to bad VSTs. No idea why one should start acting up suddenly, but it is worth a try.

If you are only using Arrange, there are actually better products (or at least as good).

Live uniqueness comes from the combination of Session view, Arrange view and the fact that you can actually use Livet to...play live,

If you actually render or resample, then they will be saved as 24 bit files. So there will some very small loss of quality. However if your final target is 16 bit CD audio, you have so much precision to spare in your 24 bit files that it won't matter. It probably won't matter even if your final targ...
