I dig it but I REALLY love my BCR
So I take it that the BCR compliments the SL well then? Have been thinking of getting one, especially now they so cheap (£89 in UK).

Overall i'm happy with mine, but i'm not using Automap at the mo due to the well documented problems with Live 5 i.e. fader jumps. Its been great designing my own templates though and it sounds as though V6 will help to really fufill its potential. There's been loads of posts regarding the SL range ...

do you know if it's possible to install a 7200 rpm in a macbook (non-pro)? How sweet would that be! Waiting for next gen of MBs until I buy, but being able to ugrade HD would be perfect. Computer Music review a 2gb MB this month and although I only skimmed thru it whilst waiting for the train it se...

I'm 30 on Friday!

But happily I feel and look younger.....my reason for that would have to be martial arts training. Partying has slowed down a bit, but I would say that its more quality over quantity now

Hey Benno.

I'm also thinking of getting a Monomachine and was searching thru the older posts to get some different opinions on it. Have you bought one yet? And if so what do you think of it?

It changes in Automap mode depending on how many tracks you are using, but it will normally be to the right of all the audio/MIDI/send tracks. If you design your own templates then you can obviously assign it to any fader/pot that you like.

I have not had the opportunity to get this controller to do things in NON-automap-mode ( which kept cutting off and returning to automap mode, mind you) that I could not do with greater easy with my microkontrol The general concensus from the other related threads seems to be that most users are de...

to each is own. if mushies or other psychedelics are not your thing then fine they do not need to be. but let us who do enjoy working with these plant allies in the privacy of our homes and the serenity of nature do our work. I'm not sure about dangerous (but then I guess we've all had our own experiences with them). They do certainly need to be treated with respect as they can really overwhelm you if you're a 'beginner' or the dose is too strong. However, it is positive news that this type of research is being undertake...
