Amigos All great advice, the above !! . . .but, Just For YOU. . . Sebastian, Speaking from recent experience here. . . crazy, of course. . . You need to get some order in your “tools needs” through some real careful head-banging. Trying to think about/do too many things, especially now, will make y...

Work Around It

....First blast. I know it doesn't make sense. I'm still restricting myself to the "old" ways of working... Yes, Jmousseau44 but it made sinse to me. . . I heard that blast from defunct also. My laughing is while updating my list of trolls. About LIVE! MIDI input: I could not find a...

Re: sort of interesting question

Using Impulse or Simpler........ I would like to perhaps sample my Korg Karma's drum sets, and I would also love to try the same with the Karma patches. Has anyone tried this? Any suggestions grazze Yes, record the tones from the Korg using Sound Forge and turn them into samples and load them into ...

Re: RME Multiface + Cardbus: what is lowest possible latency?

If possible, could you reply in the following format: Buffer Size = xxxx samples Output Latency - xxxx ms Input Latency = xxxx ms I'm sure you know this, but these numbers are all in Live's Options/Preferences/Audio Tab. BTW, I'm not looking for a "safe" setting, I'm looking for the lowes...

Yep Indeed. . .

yep, I was having similar thoughts the other night - I will definitely buy it no questions asked, but I had a slightly sad (yes I am that sad) feeling to see 3 go, enjoying my last moments with Live 3 I started getting into a different train of thought about just how unique Live 3 is as is - and I ...

Re: old RM1X user here...

i have long since sold my RM1X but i did love it when it was around. i never thought of it's similarities to Live but i guess i see where you're coming from. the RM1X was my first "workstation" and i'm pissed that i never fully exploited it. i didn't know shit about synthesis then and jus...
