Doesn't seem to work :-((

pitch 1 set on:
Range +127
Lowest: C#0

pitch 2 set on:
Range: 0
Lowest: C3

It seems that a Range of 0 doesn't work, so the tone will be pichted.

Bummer. I will make patch in Reason for these sounds. Thanks for your help.

unpitched sound in Racks

I am trying to find a way to use a sampled sound in a Rack without repitching it no matter which key is pressed, it should use a fixed tuning.

Is there a way to achieve this?

@photonal I do not agree. My 75 year old father can work with Ubuntu and runs updates on it. The installation is easier than installing Windows XP. Even partitioning is much easier than with other systems. Linux is as good as it can be. All Disney/Pixar movies are renderend on Linux for example. And...

Please repeat this mantra: open source doesn't mean it should be free sure, it's free, but as in freed speech, not as in free beer! Live on Linux will be a great plan! a future investment. they could even make their own build of Linux, with Live buildin! Ardour, Linux DAW has been sponsored by SSL a...

tricky stuff warabunga, those plugins!

I have only 3 audio units in my live setup: iZotope trash, ozone & Nio FX rack for my soundcard. should be safe. won't install anything else. on my XP setup I have lots of plugins I must say. the plugin format is not stable enough I guess.

the project didn't crash the next time I opened it, so I am not sure what's the cause. Ableton mailed me the following: 1) close Live and delete the files "preferences.cfg", "template.als" and "undo.cfg" which can be found here (if available): /Users/your user name/Libr...

How to open the external sample editor under Live 6.10?

I have used Wavelab in combination with Live under XP.

Under OSX I am using Audactity now. I have made this setting under preferences but I can find the edit-button for a clip. Where can I find it? Is this changed in the OSX version or am I getting way to old?

thanks posssu.

during the crash I wasn't using any 3rd party plugin. what I have installed is:
iZoptope Ozone3
iZoptope Trash
Native Instruments KOREplayer

None of these were active. I was using Reason in Combination with Live during the crash, Live crashed but Reason was still running.
