no, i meant trash your preferences. it's a file, that you need to delete, in your profile. it's called preferences.cfg

if that doesn't work, then i would try uninstalling and reinstalling live

you may also want to let us know if you're using a PC or a MAC

I have a saffire and another computer sitting next to it with a pcmcia soundcard attached to it. If the pcmcia touches the saffire, I get a buzz. If any rca ends are touching it, or any other connected equipment, there may also be a buzz.
