The old trackpads had a cool feature/bug where you could have one finger on the pad and briefly touch down another finger somewhere else and the cursor would jump back and forth. It was neat for quick sweeps of parameters and I miss it.

I've heard nothing about the Fireface, but I've nothing but praise for the Traveler. MOTU has a pretty good history when it comes to quality hardware.
