I'm gonna buy or build me some bass traps now. Hopefully that wont make voice recordings sound too thin.

Live on Vista can only be used with Aero enabled and priority preferably set to "Realtime" via Task-Manager. Other than that it runs fine on both 32 and 64 bit. It's no 64-bit application though and Ableton doesn't officially support 64-bit Vista.

Nah, don't worry, I'm just a bit unnerved by this forum and the kind of feedback one gets from here. No hard feelings.
