Live is different enough that these comparisons are like apples vs oranges, motorcycles vs cars, etc. I like Live better, but there are things it will probably never do that are easy in some of the other DAWs, like score notation for instance. And if you are on the Mac, you can use MidiPipe to sum your midi inputs into one virtual midi stream and thus use all your attached midi devices to control Live. I have six different control devices.

Yes and yes! Take a look, 90+% of the garbage is from 'Guest' users.

I don't know why these forums here allow anonymous 'Guest' users. Posters need to be accountable to their words. Make users register and I bet the forums clean themselves up in no time.

I'm sure the original poster (using a Guest account) never came back and read any of these replies. We are just talking to other happy testers.
