is there a method to keep the master channel vsts open and still have the plugin follow behavior on tracks?

I would love to have a couple buttons mapped to certain groups of plugin windows to open/close. i.e. all my channel strip plugins open, all my synths open. etc...

Still confused over here...

why don't you update to a current version?

having same problem here on 8.2.5. osx 8.6.6

just create an automated batch file to do this for you. on osx you could use automator.

+1 to customizable metering... So I can calibrate the meters to so peaks are at -18dbfs to match my sound card... Maybe there is someway to do this? hidden config file?

I'm glad that some of you have written m4live patches with similar features... but you've even said you haven't had time to make them work properly... here is one guy asking for some money and maintain the feature set to keep it going. and building it up... in return you might actually get something...
