Depends on what you are wanting to do and what your price range is. I personally use a UC-33e Evolution series midi controller along with an M- Audio Audiophile Firewire Sound card. Maybe it's just me but I hate the fact that if you press the space bar it stops the music and when you press it again to restart the music it always starts over from the beginning. Kind of like the buttons seen on most CD players with a ' + ' for pitch bend up and a ' - ' for pitch bend down. It would really help with DJing. I agree that was just a little something missing. I really liked the opening sequence. The synths are well mixed and very catchy but I just couldn't get into it once the drum sequence started. I am no producer though yet ofcourse. Just a DJ
