how can you compare this unit to the 828 from motu?


there was a thread about this and i remember reading that people preferred motu in sound from A/B tests...

Are the preamps better on the 400? That's what i hear. What other differences are there. If they are equally alike i might just get a 400.

i was thinkin about buying it off of ebay but does anyone know how the liscenses transfer?..if they registered it im guessing it cant be transferred.

live is so easy to use....the session view is so easy that it can even be a hinderance, because everything is so loop based....ultimately you end up with different songs..imo..my songs are completely different when i make them in live and not a traditional arrange view sequencer....that said...it ca...

i have an axiom...when i first got it and installed the drivers...randomnly the drivers would uninstall themselves...i never knew when it would work...i just reformatted my hard drive and everything worked from there....

who said anything about needing a slicer.....did I?...no......but you know that this isn't a slicer....and all you biased beta testers.....dont try to prove your case against the live 6 upgrade...that's for us to decide...i dont disagree nor agree with your usages of the new features and the limitat...
