i have to back up lukas412 on this one. there is a 20+ms latency where none should exist for me. basically if you are using this as a midi sequencer, it will not be tight. the only realtime workaround is arming a track w/ the monitor set to in, routed to an auto track. so you have to point it where ...

we've run into the same issue on pc over here. 5.02b8 - delta 410 pci. win2k. 1) Clips suddenly become silent after playing for some time. MIDI or audio data. The set needs to be fully stopped and started again. 2) MIDI keyboard being played routed live and into hardware stopped working. that is, li...

honestly i think it's because there are 10million different ways to use live on 2 operating systesm with dozens of audio interfaces. i know i don't even touch some of the features in my workflow...esp. mp3s, freezing, etc. but either way you have to respect 5. i would rather have this version that i...

okay...here are my results of the half hour test. live starts using 118mb of ram. minimize then maximize the window sheds 100mb of ram. (this could be because my default set has a few channels w/ vsts at the start.) hit play w/ no clips running...live starts at 18mb and climbs a little. at this poin...

Hi Alex, The memory consumption seems to start right away. I monitored it right off the bat. Then it seems to level off, and when i hit spacebar to start and stop again, it adds almost a meg to the memory sometimes then continues to climb. One funny thing i noticed is that it will start off consumin...
