i've had some midi sync issues with external gear. my nord micro used to slave perfectly in 4.x. now in 5 it seems like everyone i know who has things that are being slaved to a clock have definite sync issues.

for me, i can open live, hit start on a blank set, and watch the memory usage climb in the taskmanager when i do nothing. it gets short bursts of memory increase when i click from the taskmanager window to the live window and back.

this is a very strange bug.

Since 5.07 I can open a blank set, hit spacebar to start play, and open the TaskMan (win2k) to watch the memory just leak away. it literally climbs up by ~8k consistently when I do absolutely nothing.

we have confirmed this bug on win2k, windows xp sp2, and windows server 2003.
