turn it up in slight increments.............is your turntable hooked up to an amp or is it just routing alone straight to the x station? If you use an amp from tuntable to pc, you will get a lot louder sound without messing too much on the x-station.

another question about impulse....is their a way i can use two impulse machines at once?

i am new to this and i wanted to know some extra information on live before i buy it. how much hard drive space will a bare bones installation eat up ? is the software in cd rom format or in dvd rom format?
