No you won't see new iMacs all too soon. They will do the portables first. ibook and mac mini is my guess. The new mac mini is supposed to be a replacement for Tivo.

Well I would guess I could find their tempo...or even just use my redsound to find their tempo then go from their but...I pretty much always run at the same tempo..arond 128..so I would have a hard time following someone running much faster than that. Seems to me that next year we should see at least a handful of decent new midi controllers hit the market. Live is gaining in popularity so we should get more support from the controller manufacturers. For 399 the bitstream seems worth it..but I would still be using my B controllers too..the bitstre...

Thanks AdamyJay, that does help a lot. I will go with a refurb G5 iMac...that should hold me over until the wintel machines come out.
