Ableton need to get on this asap - else all other DAWs incorporating Melodyne's ARA will compete with the warping goodness of Live... Live needs some innovation. Its been stagnant for way too long. Can even use versions in Lion yet either... sigh. Such a shame.

Wow - I thought that was locked to ProTools. If we can use some of those higher end plugs direct in Logic, what would I need Protools for?

Steinberg used to make something called the voice machine which is pretty good - I use it for that dp effect though you could probably recreate with extreme settings with melodyn also

I dont hitnk this is possible. SOme of apples own plugs are hard coded into Logic and Garage band. Shame cos there are some great ones!
