Trying to hotswap Operator presets from the browser, Operator will get stuck on one preset. Using the Editor is key. Often you'll find that the pitch/mod wheels or the damper pedal aren't assigned to the same setting in every Korg Scene. With the Editor line copy and pasting to fix is a breeze.

Enable all of the Inputs (MIDI in, Port A & Port B) in the first three spaces of the Control Surfaces section.

How they work together is the noodle bender. The first time I opened a DAW it was Live. And Live opened in the Session view. Now I wouldn't know what to do with a DAW that didn't have some kind of speadsheet sequencer.

I use the number keys to arm tracks, 1 - 8. On a desktop keyboard they correspond well the the 'Track Activator' switches run by F1 - F8..
