You might want to try updating to 4.1.2. they fixed a corrupt rewire shared library...

"save as self-contained" under the file menu. Personally, i think this should be the default way to save a song.
good luck. If you say you got your drive back up and running, the files should be on the drive somewhere...

this seems to be cropping up a lot with the 410 - what i did was used the latest 410 installer to de-install the drivers, then re-installed, then repaired permissions, and i was back up and rrunning

well, i've noticed some glitches with triggering scenes, actually, though nothing 100 per cent reporoduceable. . I've been able to get round it by a random combination of re-assigning the controllers + restarting the computer.

In addition to "any" as a follow action, I would like to see "any other" - at present, the follow action "any" allows for the same clip being repeated again - i would love the option that any other clip in the group be played >except< the one that has just played. this ...

No problem. Go for Panther while you're at it. I'm pretty sure the Digi Jaguar driver was iffy at best, anyway, a source of much swearing over at the DUC...

You'll need the bass model for use on a bass, since the guitar model can't cope with strings that thick and introduces tracking delays

The 410 has problems in that area also...

Well, that driver is for Jaguar, but a quick look at the digi website :

"Mac OS X version 10.2.6, 10.2.7, or 10.2.8 software required to use the Digidesign CoreAudio Driver version 6.1.2."

Did you check the specs for the driver/ It would surprise me if it worked on OS 10.2.. you may have to upgrade to Panther..just a thought, I'm not sure...

This is a workaround for the Live 4 bug whereby "arm exclusive" does not work when using MIDI Remote. Even with Arm Exclusive Enabled, Live still allows multiple tracks to be armed via MIDI. this workaround involves using Plogue Bidule http://www.plogue.com/index.php?option=content&tas...
