seems like a weird strategy having to use a hack to use them together in harmony , these are after all both branded by ableton and designed to work with it , even if they are manufactured by two different companies.

APC 40 and Launcpad conflicting
I'm using both as "control surfaces" and "remote" so as to assign specific funtions to the knobs on the send and pan knobs on the apc40 , problem is - channel 5 on the apc40 doesn't work and is conflicting with the launchapd assignments. I really like this setup and please don't ...

Apples "AUPeakLimiter" , should be in the audio units folder pre-installed and should work for basic limiting.

Seems it's still broken here , I'm sorry but I´m not really fluent enough in max to change to the default . . .
