I have the Saffire LE. I'm using it with a Macbook Pro running Ableton Live and Reason. It's great and works as advertised. I highly recommend it. You won't be dissapointed.

I decided to hold off on it so I can get a Macbook Pro instead. I'm waiting to see if Apple releases an updated version at Macworld on Jan 15 before making my move.

I like the idea of getting a Mac instead because I get the best of both worlds -Mac OS and PC (thru bootcamp and virtual).

I've built PC desktops before from scratch so I'm sure I can easily handle the HD and memory upgrade myself.

Now the only thing left for me to decide is if I will get the faster 2.6Ghz processor or not.
