Is there anything else out there that does the save and undo like this without being wireless? It seems like most foot pedals are geared towards guitar players. Reviews favor guitar players with little to no mention of DAW uses besides cc's.

Which version are you using. I believe only the beta version is currently working with this functionality. I'm using the beta for this purpose.

I have GURU on order. I prefer GURUs sequencer for editing beats, samples, and slicing. If you are just working with loops instead of indivicual hits, I would master Live before investing in anything else.

With Live 6 (maybe earlier versions too?) you can route from one midi track to another using Midi From. No need to route out of live and back in. I want to use GURU as an AU/VST plugin in Live 6. I also want the sequencer in GURU to not only trigger guru but also send midi to trigger another plugin.

Does anyone know if Live 6 supports plugin triggering?

Also, I'm sure someone has mentioned it before but better preset management of hardware synths. Allow us to list the names of our hardware presets similar or in the same way that presets are choosen for live instruments.

I would love the feature you describe. It has been memtioned on occasion before. Lets hope it makes it on the list for Live 7.
