I used ACID files with Live 2 & 3 and would assume that you can in 4 as well. I downloaded the acid files which were .wav files into my computer and pulled them in just fine.... But it was Sonic Foundry's version not Sony's version of Acid. Not sure if that makes difference or not

Since you are using Live for pretty much everything other than mastering, I may look into a dedicated mastering program such as Bias Peak or something to tighen mixes after I have tweaked them in Live... I'm thinking a dedicated midi controller f...
