i built a very easy pd-patch for playing ableton with my es-1:

it processes the incoming notes and controllervalues and sends them to apples IAC. if you're working with windows you'll need a virtual midichannel.

yes. thank you – thats what i ment. you can get these very cool pitcheffect if you increase the delay-time

i don't understand why it's so smooth with the electribe, but so crackling using abletons plugins.

yes. but the artefacts while changing the delay-time sound very different. (electribe: glitchy & nice pitch-effects, live: crackling noise...)
