Ok, I found a way using Midi Yoke ... getting it out on a Midi Yoke channel, and assigning it to the remote controls for the plugin. Awesome!

I was wondering if someone has been using the Mini-ITX motherboards of VIA (C7/Eden), and how the performance is for for example Ableton Live (Just triggering loops, no heavy CPU plugin use). If someone is doing this, please hit me back. Thanks!

Heya, Just bought a Korg Padkontrol, and I'm still "in between". It's a cool pad, but since I have not used any other (MPD24 anyone?) I cannot compare too good. My main problem with the unit is the plasticness, and the fact that it mentions "for home and office use" on the bottom...

Browsing the net and still no definitive answer ... I'm sure there must be others looking for the same solution ... anyone found more info on this topic? Thanks!

In search for a fanless system for one of our live projects, I came accross the wonderfull miniitx systems. Question is, can a 1GHz eden system run enough tracks at the same time? Like 10 loops at the same time? Anybody has experience with this?

Free, open-source, and batch control. Instead of adding wav's and encoding them, load up MP3's and write to wav.

Sharkcellar, no I noticed that as well -- its just I really came home to test those 0-9 keys and for some stupid reason I couldn't use them. It's pretty strange, I must admit. Would love to find out the reasoning behind it -- Ableton, somebody can enlighten us?

I second. I was just about to set up an easy map, and found out I couldn't use the 0-9 keys. That's pretty ackward, as all others seem to work.

Uhm ... just posted this as a new topic before I found this thread. Why not having a separate Rewire app that can load two Live instances and have a DJ-like interface? I'm also dying to have live work that way ...

Been thinking about using two live instances and being able to load different sets into each of them and controlling them with one Rewire Application that has basic DJ functions (crossfade, EQ, syncing) .... wouldn't that solve a lot of problems for a more DJ-like approach?
