If my synth does not have an external audio input, how do those motu's allow me to send audio into my synth and process it? The 101 has CV ins. Volta sends CV (not audio) through the audio outs of the interface (via magic I think). The DX - at the least - has a clock input which will accept a pulse...

So for instance I could make some crazy audio loops in Arrange, edit them down and consolidate, then drag them into a clip slot in Session. The closest I've come is to actually render the clips out, then drag them back into Live on new tracks/slots, and then mute the originals. Is this the only way...
