I like it. Has anybody already done it with lego/midi? Who cares what it does as long as it looks cool!

Lo-Fi is right, it's easy to setup Live with the UC33...and it's one of the best (off the shelf) MIDI controllers out there; you bought a good piece of gear...set them up how you want, then use the save template option in preferences, and it'll keep your MIDI assignments!

Support for this mic would be very useful! It's very handy for portable jamming/dj use...at the moment it works with every audio app BUT Live..!

Everybody's going to have a different view on this...VSTi's don't matter to me, I create all my song parts in Session/Reason/minidisc etc before loading them into Live. On stage I want to use Live ONLY, and keep it simple at that! I have enough to do, I don't think VSTi's are a 'must-have' for perfo...

The only reason other music apps exist is to create sounds to feed into Live...will somebody please do a t-racks style mastering plug in for osx?

Hope you're right...that would be so cool...I hate having nice things to connect to my laptop that aren't bus/battery powered...it's a crime...and don't get me started on the Metric Halo Mobile i/o...

If by 'new evolution' you mean the UC16 knobby box, then yep I've tried it...it's great, works fine with OSX. Being able to grab a couple of knobs at once really makes a difference to what you can do with plugins, and the preset facilities are cool too. Haven't gone too deep with it yet, but I reall...

DFX Scrubby is cool, in fact I like most of the DFX stuff. MDA Combo is a great one that's been around for a while, a lot of people use it. To be honest, as time goes on I use EQ more and plugins less...

Thanks, I've had a couple of quick sessions with it - it is nice, for those occasions when an Oxygen8 is just too big! It changes everything when you can alter a few fx parameters at the same time.
